on Navigation layout UI a Block configuration save gives big_pipe error

Problem/Motivation

User gets error when saving changes to Navigation blocks layout items contextual configs

Steps to reproduce

- use standard profile. enable Navigation module drupal 11 dev line
- goto /admin/config/user-interface/navigation-block
- configure 'content block' set both levels to 1.
- save (settings-tray) config

    Hello @SKAUGHT,

    I tried to replicate the issue on my local but no luck. I used the Drupal core 11.x-dev branch and https://www.drupal.org/project/navigation → latest version.

    Hello @SKAUGHT

    Tried to reproduce the bug against latest 11.x and I was unable to get the error.

    I wonder why the error screenshot mentions big_pipe because that module is not being enabled in standard profile.
    Also the error is apparently trying to find a theme called big_pipe, when big_pipe is a module.

    It seems there are other reasons behind this error.

    Could you please try again and reopen if the problem persists with more precise steps to reproduce?
