Hamburger button not working

While going through the theme for issues I found out that by clicking on the hamburger menu it is not working.

Install the theme and add couple of menu links and switch to mobile viewport and click on the hamburger button icon.

Looks like the default bootstrap menu function not working. you can simply add yours.

The mentioned page issue is resolved, & I have also checked in D9 and it is working as expected. I am attaching the Screenshots & doing RTBC for the same.
