Add helper structure for different rules

Problem/Motivation

Currently there are many rules that and features where code gets replicated between the plugin modules. These included common LLM tasks or things like creating a file from a base64 string etc.

The AI Interpolator core module should come with parent classes that takes care of most of the grunt work and helper services with common functionalities needed by rules.
