Subscribing to MC lists on user registration form

I feel like I am missing something because I am not seeing any kind of MC field available on the user form fields page - /admin/config/people/accounts/fields/add-field - on a D10 site using the 2.2 version of the module.

Help please.

Are you seeing it on any other "Add field" pages, for example, on the node "Add field" page?
