The original sdc cl_generator doesn't completely make it easy to get base files generated for an sdc with kinetic. It would be good to integrate our internal drush command that generates sdcs directly into kinetic so it's easy for people to conform to the design system and file naming and structure easier.
Integrate a drush command to help generate sdcs.
