Label selection in Manage Display is not being respected

Problem/Motivation

CivicTheme doesn't respect the Label selection in Manage Display.

Not sure if it should be a seperate issue, but there is also zero default markup around fields. Not even a p tag around a Text field output.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Text field in a Node entity
2. In Manage Display, set the label to display "Inline"
3. Add test content

Proposed resolution

Include checks for the label display in the CivicTheme twig templates.
