[RC1] Improve button label relevance within the share pattern for accessibility compliance

Hi,

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the button label "Copy to clipboard" within the Share pattern lacks specificity, which poses an accessibility concern. This discrepancy violates RGAA criterion 7.1, categorized as a major issue. The button label fails to accurately convey the action being performed, which impacts users who rely on clear and descriptive interface elements.

Proposed resolution

To rectify this issue, we propose updating the button label to explicitly indicate what content is being copied to the clipboard. For example, revising the label to "Copy page address to clipboard" would align with the Share pattern's functionality and provide users with precise information about the action they are initiating. By enhancing the button label's relevance to the Share pattern, we ensure compliance with accessibility standards while improving the user experience for all individuals interacting with the feature.
