Create scheduled pipeline for 5.x

Now that this module has a 5.x branch, it would be good to have scheduled pipeline, in addition to the 4.x one.
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/module_filter/-/pipeline_schedules

It could be run on the days that 4.x is not scheduled, so that would be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, i.e. mm hh * * 2,4,6
