The project does not have a package listed. Therefore, it displays within the "Other" section of the module list page. Assigning a project category will allow for the module to be found easier using filters.
Also, the configuration page is not listed in the module summary. Setting a configuration route will allow users to quickly access the module configuration from the module list page.
Add a category key to the .info page with the value of "Filters".
Add a configure key to the .info file with the value of "highlightjs_input_filter.settings.form".
