Display Name and Billing Address Label

Problem/Motivation

I have a few issues with commerce Paypal. The version is 8.x-1.7, the latest one.

1. Display name: I customized the display name like "Credit Card through Paypal", but in Payment method during checkout, still the PayPal is showing up (the name is Paypal, not PayPal), so it looks like it is hardcoded. Is there a way to modify it?

2. Label for billing address: During checkout process, under card information, it requests for an address, but doesn't indicate what it is for. The "Billing Address" label is not there. Is there a way to add it back in?

3. Layout of credit card: Is there a way I can customize the credit card form layout?

I use PayPay Checkout plugin in Sandbox Mode.
