Taxonomy manager - translations integration access denied

Problem/Motivation

After merging Access to "Translate" tab → it was updated routing to
for route 'taxonomy_manager.taxonomy_term.edit' to use ` _entity_create_access: 'taxonomy_term:{taxonomy_vocabulary}'` without
'taxonomy_vocabulary' in path. It leads to access denied error.

Steps to reproduce

  1. content_translation module should be enabled
  2. At least 1 additional language should be enabled
  3. Translation options for taxonomy terms should be set
  4. A corresponding option should be enabled at /admin/config/user-interface/taxonomy-manager-settings
  5. Try to edit term and see an error.

Proposed resolution

Use '_taxonomy_manager_access_check: 'TRUE''.
