These offers must be first opened in the project issue queue. If none of the project maintainer replied, then it can be moved on the other issue queue.

And how long do you have to wait for a response to a ticket in this section before moving it to Drupal.org/project/ownership ?

Step #6 says:

If the owner does not reply after two weeks, move the issue to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue.

I am contacting you because Anatoly ( https://www.drupal.org/u/apolitsin → ) offered to become maintainer for Contact Ajax ( https://www.drupal.org/project/contact_ajax → ), a project you created for which you are project owner and maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3443683 → about accepting or declining the offer? Please do not reply via email; we need a reply on the offer issue. In the case you accept the offer, you can also add Anatoly as maintainer.
Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Anatoly will be probably made maintainer.

Neither project moderators nor site moderators will remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.

I am contacting all the people who can administer co-maintainers/maintainers for the project.
