Reproduce:

  1. Install and enable module
  2. Select Mean Menu (there was some error in red box 'Something happened/try again/etc.')
  3. Click Save - fatal error The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.

Fatal error only at admin/config/user-interface/responsive_menus so far, dblog still works:

Uninstall the module with drush and remove from composer:

  1. Now there's fatal error in entire website, no pages load.
  2. Clearing caches with drush doesn't solve.
  3. Put $config['system.logging']['error_level']='verbose'; to settings.php
