Add context information to ticket.

Problem/Motivation

We want to add some context information, e.g. current page, screenshot, logs and so on, which we can get from Drupal and add it to a ticket.
This can be turned on and off per helpdesk, so we should add this to the configuration.

The question is, does it make sense to add this information, when the ticket is not created via a dialog? If we want to distinguish, how can we do that?
