Use DependencySerializationTrait in base class

Problem/Motivation

When using dependency injection in an annotation plugin one should use the DependencySerializationTrait. Otherwise one can end up in an error when the object is serialized.

Proposed resolution

Use Drupal\Core\Plugin\PluginBase instead of Drupal\Component\Plugin\PluginBase as plugin base.
