The slider item rendering issue occurs when no value is added to a slider item in the module configuration ("/admin/config/system/settings"), resulting in a broken slider image.
Codebase Drupal 10.
1) install "Background Sliders" module
2) Put slider content from config "/admin/config/system/settings" ensuring that one slider item remains empty.
3) go to the block layout structure admin/structure/block to find out "Slider Block" and place it on the region where you want to show that slider.
4) Go to the home page slider component
you will find the broken slide issue.
Slide should not visible in FE when value not added
