Misleading error on trying to run if one is running or stuck

Problem/Motivation

Currently if a script is running, or a catastrophy (like stoppping xdebug , or ctrl-c) has stopped a script abruptly, when you try to run another script you get an error like
"Codit Batch Operations: This script is already running. "

This is misleading because

• it might not be that script particular script - it would be good if it identified what script is running.
• It should indicate less certainty, to clarify that it might be still running or ended unexpectedly.
