Autocomplete Source required even when autocomplete is not enabled.

Problem/Motivation

When attempting to update or create a Vertex AI Search custom search page, the configuration will not save if there is no autocomplete source specified.

This happens even when the Autocomplete option is not selected.

Proposed resolution

The autocomplete form uses states and is ajaxified. Somewhere in there, the autocomplete source should be marked as not required if the autocomplete enable option is not selected.
