Problem/Motivation

Book is no longer part of core so it should not be referenced as examples or in comments.

EntityFormBuilderInterface uses book as an example:
_entity_form: node.book_outline

BlockCacheTest.php
Comment referencing book.

Search code for book

Proposed resolution

Update examples to other core modules.
Remove comments to book.
