Steps to reproduce

I encountered an issue when I was trying to enable this module,

Fatal error: Could not check compatibility between Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\TaxonomyTermsLimitForm::create(Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\ContainerInterface $container) and Drupal\Core\Form\FormBase::create(Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\ContainerInterface $container), because class Drupal\taxonomy_terms_limit\Form\ContainerInterface is not available in D:\laragon\www\23-04-2024\web\modules\contrib\taxonomy_terms_limit\src\Form\TaxonomyTermsLimitForm.php on line 27
