Problem/Motivation

Having to run the following in new projects
Create new Vartheme BS5 Cloned Generated Theme
and then
Copy All Varbase Components to the New Custom Theme

Proposed resolution

Add the custom varbase:generate-theme command for easier workflow

Example:
./bin/drush varbase:generate-theme --name="mytheme" --description="Custom theme generated from Vartheme BS5 theme
