you need to run command npm install after clone the theme Because libraries are attaching from node_module which is not attached with theme.

@ravikant I tested the same on the sandbox there we do not have the option to run npm. Will cross-check on the local. Thanks

Cloned libraries on theme root due to theme should not look broken on first installation.
