The List page stays at original path even when the View is changed

Problem/Motivation

I wanted to move the Contact messages page and its "List" menu link under /admin/content (cause the submissions are actually content), so I edited the Menu tab in the provided View to be under ----Content parent, and manually added a Menu link to be showed in the Administration > Content menu directly.

But the original page at /admin/structure/contact/messages still exists and shows the operations on each contact message:

Seems like something is hardcoded. Is it necessary?
