The following error occurs when we try to import a properly formatted file:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory in Drupal\migrate\Plugin\migrate\source\SqlBase->setUpDatabase() (line 203 of core/modules/migrate/src/Plugin/migrate/source/SqlBase.php).

As an alternative, would the import process work if we place the CSV directly on a server folder? If so, where?

    I wasn't able to reproduce this. Sounds like misconfiguration on your side?

    Could you please provide details? Did you try with for example simplytest.me?
