Reference Drupal core issue that will cover some of this module functionality

Motivation

In order to encourage folks to help part of this module functionality to be in Drupal core I think it can be useful to reference the main Drupal core issue that is covering parts of this module in the description.

It also looks like it is not that far from completion so maybe patching is an alternative to using this module.
