I guess this was my design decision to not accidentally unblock a user at Billwerk, but that might make sense...
Currently if the Customer is being blocked at Billwerk, also his Drupal Account is getting blocked automatically.
When unblocking the customer at billwerk, nothing happens in Drupal.
I guess we should make this an option and enable both by default.
