Support imagestyles on Youtube thumbnails

Problem/Motivation

The YouTube thumbnails are loading in jpg format with the YouTube thumbnail size.

As YouTube can be used on multiple components it would be great to load it using image styles.
Image styles also allow choosing the image format, to improve the website performance it should be webp.
