As a user I want to know the bundle of an entity for any dynamic reference

When using JSONAPI filtering a dynamic entity reference, It's not possible to filter for the bundle. So filtering a bundle is not possible.

Create a property inside the activity entity and fill it with the bundle every time an entity will be inserted or updated.

Some code changes.
