Offering to maintain CiviCRM Reroute Email

Hello, this is an offer to maintain the CiviCRM Reroute Email module.

I am CTO of Skvare, LLC, and our team has developed a D9/10 version of this module, and hope that a new version can be added to the project page.

We will maintain it into the future.

We use this module and we feel that others in the CiviCRM Community would also like to use it.

Please let us know if we can be added as maintainer or co-maintainer with permissions to merge to the Drupal gitlab project and make releases.
