Filters get reset when changing from grid<->table views

Those are different views displays so I think this is more a feature request than a bug.

Yes @cilefen but I think most people expect the content to stay the same as the view is changed

Changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies.
