[2.0.0-alpha2] Add ui_patterns_views module

• ViewRow: TPL suggestions >> we don't do
• ViewRow: the checkbox "wrapper field"/inline field >> We don't do
• ViewRow: select multiple on field mapping/also if validate need table order drag and drop >> We don't do to leverage te hdatrag and ro feature of slot sources from the form builder
• ViewStyle: name of the field "group title" needs to be validate >> "Group title" is nice, but let's not forget "View title"
• ViewStyle: try to hide field "group title" if the groupe title is set on "none" >> Do we need SourceInterface::isApplicable() ?

I got issues...

When selecting the Component view style:

The specified #ajax callback is empty or not callable in Drupal\Core\Form\FormAjaxResponseBuilder->buildResponse()

Tested with and without 🐛 [2.0.0-alpha2] Prevent unexpect ajax trigger on Compoennt Form Fixed patch.

When adding a source in a slot:

TypeError: Drupal\Core\Theme\ComponentPluginManager::find(): Argument #1 ($component_id) must be of type string, null given, called in src/Element/ComponentElementBuilder.php

But I will merge anyway, close this issue, and put my feedbacks in a distinct ticket.
