Better control over fields/elements via UI

I build my product out of fields of product type, product variations and order item types. these are all grouped together but it would be more flexible to have them all as single fields/elements to be flexible with the order. In my case i have the problem that i can´t put the price above the "Add to cart" button via UI and it seems lots of others have the same problem. So an flexible and easy way to order each element would be awesome.
