Add config schema for calendar view display settings

Problem/Motivation

As of now, our custom calendar view options are not translatable.

Proposed resolution

Add schema to allow site builders to translate options - such as calendar_title and calendar_row_title (e.g. this issue ✨ Settings for hover dates and all day dates Active ).
