Fix drush in 8.x-1.x pipeline

Initial test passed. But we should make the customised phpunit-d8 job align better with the gitlab original. Then we can see if there is a better way to do this, and not have a copy of the script at all.

Adding the copy of apache.access.log.txt and apache.error.log.txt removed the existing error about those artifacts being missing.
Now checking concurrent=0

So we don't have 8.x-1.x listed as supported, do we want to fix it?

Given that I've done the changes in the MR we might as well commit this.
When did we drop 8.x-1.x from the supported list? I could be on there, as it does all run OK.

Merged but getting ready for a release of 3.0.x branch.
