Add configuration link in .info.yml

Link to the Configurations is missing on the Extend page.

Go to /admin/modules
Enable Media Entity PodToo module
Expand Media Entity PodToo module description, no config link available.

Add route identifier in .info.yml file in order to appear link on Extend page.
