Problem/Motivation

When trying to login, I get this error:

Exception LogicException: "Unable to use the "Symfony\Component\PropertyInfo\Extractor\PhpDocExtractor" class as the "phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock" package is not installed. Try running composer require "phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock"." at /app/vendor/symfony/property-info/Extractor/PhpDocExtractor.php line 63

Proposed resolution

Require reflection-docblock as a parallel dependency.
