Problem/Motivation

This test is failing because the Profile module is providing migrations but has not created a migration state file. See https://www.drupal.org/node/2929443 → .

The test is useful to makes sure that the Migrate UI lists of what will be and not be updated is as accurate as possible. Since it it unlikely that more migrations will be written for this module, the test has served it's original intent.

For now, just skip the test.
