Third level menu accordions are not navigable via the arrow keys

Third level menu accordions should have the following arrow key behavior (currently missing).

Pressing right, → (or left in an RTL language) on a collapsed accordion should expand the accordion.
Pressing left, ← (or right in an RTL language) on or inside an expanded accordion should collapse the accordion and return focus to the top level of the accordion.
Pressing up, ↑, or down, ↓, should move focus to menu items inside expanded third level accordions.
