TFA won't display QR Code in configuration page

Steps to reproduce

Enter security tab of any user and try configure TFA

Replace chart.googleapis.com domain

    TFA 2.x does not use Google Charts, the included plugins use a locally installed library to generate the QR Code images

    Are you using TFA 7.x? If so this is likely a duplicate of 🐛 QR code not generated Active
    If not, what plugin are you using?
