Search/replace on summary field doesn't work

The problem seems to be that text_scanner_preg_replace() doesn't load the language from the field.

Don't assume the 'summary' is set.

This works locally.

Another part of the problem was that the code to trigger hook_scanner_query_alter() was removed at some point! Doh!
