PluginNotFoundException when another module require entity_content_visibility

Hi, I've opened a bug report on popup_entity module due to an incompatibility between entity_content_visibility and recent Drupal version: https://www.drupal.org/project/popup_entity/issues/3440458 🐛 Error adding new popup entity and fields due to entity_content_visibility incompatibility with current Drupal version Active

Maybe it should be fixed on entity_content_visibility module? Or is it related to popup_entity?
