Move subscription information above Billwerk iframe in "Manage subscriptions"

Problem/Motivation

Because the iframe has no dynamic height and this creates a lot of (mad ux) whitespace otherwise, let's move the Billwerk iframe to the bottom of the /user/X/subscription page.

I think this is the best possible fix currently.
