When drupal media adds a tag with empty attributes, an error occurs when editing again.

When drupal media adds a tag, and the href attribute of the a tag is empty, and the target attribute is _blank, save it. Then enter the editing page to report an error.

    I cannot reproduce this.

    Please provide exact steps to reproduce on a new Drupal site (to eliminate the possibility this is due to some contrib module or due to particular configuration on your site). 🙏

    More information was asked for 9 months ago and it has not been supplied.

    Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, and none has been supplied in 9 months I am closing this as outdated. If you are experiencing this problem provide steps to reproduce the issue → starting from "Install Drupal core" and set the status to 'Active'.
