Update existing 'file' entity while changing the ID is not supported

I made a mistake in 🐛 Logo not deleted when removed Fixed with trying to fix something. Sorry for that.

Just use the module in de 2.0.x branch
Upload image to domain 1 -> save
Upload image to domain 2 -> save -> error

Fix the check for new file ID and previous file ID.

Provide MR.
