Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/tmgmt_cdt:1.x-dev@dev'.

2: when we went to "/admin/tmgmt/cart", it threw a warning, the warning mentioned below.

Warning: Undefined array key 0 in tmgmt_cdt_form_tmgmt_cart_form_alter() (line 232 of modules\contrib\tmgmt_cdt\tmgmt_cdt.module).

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
