unable to install theme

unable to install Open Y Carnation theme from appearance when i am trying to install theme then getting an issue.

Error message
Unable to install openy_carnation due to unmet dependencies: block.block.openy_carnation_footermenuright (system.menu.footer-menu-right, openy_menu_footer)

enable theme from appearance
