Define a Shipping profile type out of the box

Defining a Shipping profile type would permit us to demonstrate an address book that differentiates shipping from billing addresses out of the box, though I don't know exactly what the customization will need to look like to convert the default shipment type to using this new profile type. Additionally, when making this change, we should ensure that authenticated get CRUD permissions for the customer profile types. Otherwise, the address book will not appear.
