Group_domain 1.x - groups do not show up once module enabled

Problem/Motivation

Groups are not accessible.
They do not show up on the site

Steps to reproduce

Add a group before you have installed the module
Enable module after you have created at least once group but do not configure it
you will get a 404 error that the group does not exist once you click on the group teaser

goto the group listing page
on the group page admin/group
click on the group from the list

you will get a 404 error that the group does not exist once you click on the group teaser
