How to make custom handler for views proximity filter center?

I want to make a custom autocomplete for the proximity filter to set the center to get the label and latlong from local server.
Curently there is the default selection of photon and Nominatim and i'd like to make a new one called "custom".
Exactly what files are needed in a custom module to do this?

Hey,

geocoders are plugins. If you look at Photon or Nominatim or some of the others, it gives you a pretty good idea on what to do.

If you want them embedded in the map, you will probably also add some Javascript to make the experience nicer for the user.
