Node Entity form config getting removed when uninstall content moderation

Problem/Motivation

Entity form configuration is removed When I uninstall content moderation on standard Drupal 10 install.

Steps to reproduce

Launch a standard Drupal 10 instance on https://simplytest.me/
Enable content moderation module and enable moderation on Page content type.
Now enable the language module.
Now uninstall the content moderation module, you will notice node.page.default form config is getting removed
